Using Stakeholder Data

Cross-Module Integration

1

Connected Modules

Will this information be used in other modules like the Theory of Change? Yes. Stakeholder insights feed into the Theory of Change module, the project's risk register, and the survey builder. This ensures that each stakeholder group receives a tailored survey that reflects the specific changes that you hope they will experience as a result of the project.

Reporting and Analysis

1

Data Utilization

Will the stakeholder data feed into reporting or analysis later on? Yes. Your inputs support internal reviews, learning reports, data visualisation dashboards, and donor reporting. You can also export stakeholder data in PDF or CSV format.

Submission and Approval Process

1

Review and Submit

What happens to the data once I submit it — who reviews or approves it? Your entries are saved as part of the project record. Before you press submit, you will be able to review a summary screen for each stakeholder. You can edit responses or flag fields for input from users with Reviewer or Account Manager permissions.

2

Approval and Locking

Once you are satisfied with your entries, you will submit them for approval. Approved entries are then locked for reporting, ensuring the data is validated, consistent, and ready for use across modules and outputs.
